1. About these terms

This website is operated by 7Ps Digital Agency India Organization, using the registered brand 7Ps Digital Agency™ (registered in India) (“7Ps”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using this website, contacting us or engaging our services, you agree to these terms and any signed proposal, quotation, statement of work or service agreement.

2. Website use

Use this website lawfully. Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with or misuse the website, content, forms or systems.

3. Services and client responsibilities

Our services may include website design, digital marketing, social media content, brand design, creative production and research or reports. Scope, deliverables, revisions, approvals, ownership, fees, timelines and dependencies are governed by the applicable written project agreement. Clients must provide accurate information, lawful content, brand permissions, access and timely approvals.

4. Timeline changes

Project timelines are estimates based on agreed scope and dependencies. 7Ps may require additional time because of technical glitches, bugs, outages, security issues, hosting or platform limitations, third-party delays, scope changes, unavailable approvals or materials, client delay, rework, unforeseen operational issues, force majeure or other causes outside our reasonable control. We will communicate material delays and provide an updated estimate where reasonably practicable.

5. Brand references, projects and portfolio examples

Our website, social media pages and other third-party websites or apps where 7Ps posts directly may show projects, campaigns, creatives, mock-ups or case-study-style material arising from direct client work, work delivered through or with an associate agency or partner, or 7Ps’ internal brainstorming, research, inspiration or educational demonstrations. Internal or speculative material will be identified appropriately and will not be presented as commissioned work where that is not true.

Subject to the project agreement, confidentiality obligations, client instructions and applicable law, 7Ps may display or publish work completed for a client as a project, portfolio item, creative example or case study on its website, social media pages, presentations, proposals, awards submissions and other platforms where 7Ps posts directly. This does not necessarily mean endorsement, authorisation, current engagement or direct client relationship. Concerns or correction/removal requests may be sent to connect@7ps.agency.

6. Intellectual property

Each party retains ownership of pre-existing materials. Ownership or licence of newly created work transfers only as stated in the applicable agreement and, unless agreed otherwise, after full payment. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.

7. Fees, cancellation and refunds

Advance payments, cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the applicable project agreement. If documents conflict, the signed project agreement prevails to the extent permitted by law.

8. Disclaimers and limitation

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular commercial result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7Ps is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to mandatory statutory rights. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction. Legal notices and questions: connect@7ps.agency.
